Adult Dance Mix 

A fusion of dance styles, this class is a great class for those of you who want to tap into your inner dnacer. Learn routines in a variety of dance styles and enjoy a variety of exercises to improve strength, flexibilty and muscle tone. 

Fit Steps 

It’s an easy to learn, fun to do dance/fitness class with a combination of the best known and most popular Latin and Ballroom dances taught in a line dance style so no partners are required. 
 
This new class has been in the pipeline for a number of years and has been designed by Strictly’s Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe from the dance prospective and the lovely Mark Foster who knows everything there is to know about fitness. You don’t need to be able to dance and you don’t need a partner so if you have always wanted to have a go at the fabulous dances you see on Strictly, then dance yourself down to one of our classes. 
 

Tap 

Tap is a great way to get both the mind and body working hard. Derived from the american tap style, you will learn rythm, tap technique and help improve the muscle tone in legs and core. 
 
Fun routines are taught at the end of each session giving you a sense of achievement and something to wow your friend swith at your next party 
 
Ballet 
 
Always wanted to be a ballerina, well don't let age stop you. A great class , exploring this beautiful and elegant dance style. fabulous for toning up the body and creating a long and lean body whilst improving posture and flexibility. 

Country Dance and Line Dancing 

Want to meet new friends? Catch up with old friends? Get those feet dancing? Social dance sessions are aimed at the enjoyment of dancing together, with others, through simple formation dancing which can be learnt easily. Refreshments are provided giving you chance catch up, take a breather and gather your energy for the next dance.
